Description

During a period of profound transformation in the banking sector, adopting AI represented both a technological and a cultural challenge for the client. The goal was not simply to “do AI,” but to understand how to introduce it in a way that was consistent with the company’s identity and the values guiding its relationship with customers.

Immanence initiated a participatory process involving stakeholders across the organization (management, innovation, risk, compliance). Through structured dialogue, needs, priorities, and perspectives on AI emerged, creating a shared foundation for defining concrete objectives.

The outcome was a participatory AI Strategy, structured around a dynamic and adaptive roadmap designed to guide innovation over time – ensuring continuous alignment between technological choices, business goals, and human principles.
